我最喜歡的經典風味。
這幾年,特殊處理的咖啡豆越來越多,風味也越來越有記憶點。
但我始終覺得,有一種來自傳統處理法的風味,是最耐喝、也最經得起時間的。
它可能不是第一口最搶眼的,
也不是一開始最強烈最吸引人的那種。
但喝久了你會發現,它像素顏氣質美女——
優雅、乾淨,而且越看越耐看,越喝越耐喝。
也是我一直很喜歡的處理法:傳統水洗。
這支豆子對我而言,有滿滿的白花香氣。
即使整體是清柔的,餘韻卻很長,尾段帶著清新的茶感收尾。
是那種一週喝五天都不會膩的咖啡。
週末,才需要換換口味。
如果你喜歡乾淨、細緻、不過度強烈的風味,哈囉是很好的日常選擇。
它不急著討好你,
但會在每一次喝完之後,讓你默默想起它。

My favorite kind of classic flavor.
In the past few years, we’ve been seeing more and more specially processed coffee beans, each with flavors that are becoming more memorable and expressive.
But I’ve always felt that there is a certain kind of flavor from traditional processing that is the most easy-drinking, and the one that truly stands the test of time.
It may not be the most striking from the very first sip.
It may not be the boldest or the most instantly captivating.
But the more you drink it, the more you notice its charm.
It’s like an effortlessly beautiful woman with no makeup — elegant, clean, and unassumingly charming. The more you look, the more you appreciate her; the more you drink, the more you want to keep drinking.
And that’s exactly why I’ve always loved this processing method: traditional washed coffee.
For me, this coffee is full of white floral aromas.
Even though the overall profile is gentle and delicate, the finish is long, ending with a fresh, tea-like aftertaste.
It’s the kind of coffee you can drink five days a week and never get tired of.
The weekend is when you might want to change things up a little.
If you enjoy clean, refined flavors that are not overly intense, Halo is a wonderful everyday choice.
It doesn’t rush to impress you.
