PASTi Pasta 義大利傳統菜餚

隨著時令、果菜及漁貨的變化，我們兩三個禮拜就會更換一次菜單，堅持親自挑選新鮮食材，遵循義大利傳統菜餚的精神，呈現最原始道地的義大利料理。
手工自製義大利風乾五花肉(Pancetta)、卡拉布里亞(Calabria)特有的辣香腸(Nduja)、古羅馬烤豬肉卷(Porchetta)…。
我們只是想藉由每道菜訴說義大利的地方特色及風土人文。義大利菜其實很簡單，味道樸實、沒有華麗的擺盤，卻傳達了一種溫暖，像是媽媽用愛做給家人吃的菜，平凡卻是無可取代。
