Una Casita(發音：烏那。卡斯伊他)是西班牙文，意思是一間小屋子。在這個小小溫馨的空間中，希望每位客人在用餐時候可以放鬆心情，享用我們美味的餐點。UnaCasita的發音也很像日文『肚子餓』的發音，希望每當您肚子餓時候，會想起我們這一家小店，這是日本老闆的一點點小幽默。

有別於日式拉麵的油膩與高卡洛里，我們希望提供新的拉麵概念，以大豬骨、雞骨及各種蔬菜熬製而成的金黃色高湯，清甜而不油膩，突顯食材的原汁美味。在我們的產品中加入各種健康食材，結合美容概念，創造出新的創意拉麵，希望客人在享受美味的同時，也能享有健康。
