如何訂購:
1. 最少需在取貨前兩天預訂
2. 選擇取貨時間:週三至週日(16:30 至17:30之間)
3. 您也可以於訂位頁面的備註欄訂購麵包,並在您預訂的晚餐時段取回,已預訂用餐的客人也可以在您用餐時間的兩天前私訊我們預訂麵包
4. 麻煩您在訂購時留下您的姓名及電話,以利我們處理您的訂單後將會發送確認訊息,並在取餐前一天提醒您
5. 我們是一間小餐廳,每日製作麵包的數量有限,感謝您的諒解

We’re excited to announce that both ciabatta and focaccia are now available to order.

Pricing:
* Focaccia (1 slice) – 260 NTD
* Focaccia (L) - 720 NTD
* Ciabatta (S) – 160 NTD
* Ciabatta (L) – 280 NTD

How to Order:
1. Place your order at least 2 days in advance.
2. Choose a pickup time between 16:30 and 17:30 (Wednesday to Sunday).
3. You can also pre-order bread when making a dinner reservation online, or send us a request if you already have a booking and wish to add bread to your order.
4. You will receive a confirmation message with order details after we process your request, along with a reminder 1 day before pickup.
5. Please note that as a small restaurant, we can only produce a limited amount of bread daily. We appreciate your understanding.

Fried quail legs, tare sauce, fermented passion fruit husks jam, and crispy quinoa.

In our last menu, we used passion fruit juice to make gel for one of the tea snacks. The leftover passion fruit husks were fermented to create a jam. After fermentation, we cook the husks, blend them, and then sieve the mixture.

We’re using our leftover fermented mushrooms (we saved it from the previous menu) by dehydrating them for a rich mole sauce. We start by charring tomatoes, onions, cashews, fermented pumpkin seeds and those mushrooms, then blend in spices and chilies for a complex flavor.

Served with pumpkin, pecans, and brown butter, this dish gives a second life to our ingredients while creating new taste.

We lacto-ferment mushrooms for 2 weeks, after this process we strain the liquid to serve with water bamboo dish of the current menu; this mushroom liquid brings sourness and light acidity to the dish. The leftover mushroom we dehydrate for the use in the future menu.
