The La Volta crew attended the INP, a great school in Roma to learn the Roman style and after the AVPN school in Napoli, best school in the world to master the Napoli style pizza. La Volta是間深夜手工披薩工作室，在傳統堅持下，充滿手感的製作方式，
對每份pizza原料、發酵時間、餅皮厚薄度、窯烤過程的堅持，爾後再12小時的冷凍保鮮，只想把拿坡里pizza的經典用最美好的口感傳遞出去。主廚曾在義大利INP學院學習羅馬風格的披薩和AVPN學院習得拿坡里風格披薩的認證，並想將這份職人精神串連與在地生活的交流。因此成立了La Volta深夜手工披薩工作室。把對義大利的情懷展現在每一回手感的製作上，藉由披薩不同的口味要讓大家品嚐到拿坡里真正傳統與熱誠的風味。
