「LINLA 」的靈感，來自一個簡單的聲音。
在台語裡，「Linla」是朋友舉杯時發出的聲響，是一種可以感受的瞬間。
誕生於澳洲雪梨 Surry Hills 的 LINLA，將這個概念轉化為一間現代社交型餐酒吧，讓食物、飲品與對話，自然地在餐桌間流動。LINLA 不侷限於單一菜系或傳統，而是從亞洲各地汲取靈感，並以符合澳洲在地風格的方式重新詮釋。
這是一個為「相聚」而設計的空間。
LINLA 的核心精神，是「在一起」。
這是一個讓人慶祝小小成就、重要時刻，以及生活中每一個值得舉杯瞬間的地方。

LINLA is inspired by a simple sound.
In Taiwanese dialect, “Linla” is the expression you hear when friends raise their glasses together — it’s not something you translate, it’s something you feel.
Born in Surry Hills, Sydney, LINLA transforms that idea into a modern social dining bar where food, drinks, and conversation flow naturally around the table. Rather than anchoring itself to a single cuisine or tradition, LINLA draws inspiration from across Asia, reimagined for a contemporary Australian audience.
This is a space designed for gathering.
At its core, LINLA is about togetherness — a place to celebrate small wins, big milestones, and every moment in between.
