Lumière 入選《台灣米其林指南2026》了！
2026 是個特別的年份，是黃家古厝的100週年，也是Lumière 的三週年。
在後壁這樣的地方，我們不斷的提醒自己要更努力、更積極，才能被看見。能夠入圍米其林指南，是我們從未料到的驚喜，也是最溫暖的鼓勵。
忙碌的日子裡，我們總是忙著解決一個又一個問題，常常忘了回頭看看，原來自己已經走了這麼遠。
今天，我們想對團隊說一句：
你們做得很好！很棒！
謝謝一路支持 Lumière 的每一位客人、夥伴，以及願意走進後壁、走進黃家古厝的你們。
未來，我們依然會一步一步，用心做好每一道料理、每一次款待，繼續前進。

We’re honored to be selected for the 《MICHELIN Guide Taiwan 2026》.
2026 is a special year for us.
It marks the 100th anniversary of Huang Family House and the third anniversary of Lumière.
In a place like Houbi, we’ve always reminded ourselves that we have to work harder and push further to be seen.
Being selected for the MICHELIN Guide is something we never expected. It is a wonderful surprise, and one of the greatest encouragements we could have received.
In the midst of busy days, constantly solving one challenge after another, it’s easy to forget how far we’ve come.
Today, we’d simply like to say to our team:
You’ve done an amazing job. We’re so proud of you.
Thank you to every guest, partner, and friend who has supported Lumière, and to everyone who has made the journey to Houbi and stepped into the Huang Family House.
We’ll continue moving forward—one step at a time—crafting every dish with care and welcoming every guest with heartfelt hospitality.
