A Jeep plunged into a massive sinkhole and flipped upside down, trapping two people underwater with just six inches of air left to breathe. Nobody driving past could even see them. But nearly two miles away, an 18-year-old flying his drone suddenly noticed something strange on his screen.
It happened near Brighton, Colorado, after flooding caused part of a road to collapse, swallowing the Jeep and leaving a couple trapped inside.
18-year-old Josh Logue was flying his drone when he spotted something unusual near the damaged road. Zooming in, he realized a vehicle had fallen into the sinkhole.
Josh rushed to the scene and alerted others. Inside the overturned Jeep, the couple were struggling to survive as muddy water filled the vehicle, leaving only a tiny pocket of air.
Rescuers faced a terrifying challenge. The Jeep was upside down, partially submerged, and difficult to reach.
Using a pickup truck, chains, and tow straps, they worked to lift the vehicle high enough to reach the trapped couple.
Against incredible odds, both were pulled out alive.
Had Josh not spotted that Jeep with his drone, nobody might have known the couple was trapped beneath the road.
Let’s give this young hero and everyone who helped save them the recognition they deserve.

A plane carrying a mother, father, and their two teenage daughters crashed into a tree in a Florida neighborhood and caught fire. As smoke poured from the wreckage, four neighbors rushed toward the burning aircraft armed with an axe, a hammer, and a fire extinguisher. But to save the family inside, they would have to fight their way into a burning aircraft before the flames spread.
It happened in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The family was approaching a nearby airport when their plane crashed into a tree outside someone’s home.
Hearing the impact, four neighbors rushed outside to find smoke rising from the wreckage and the family trapped inside.
Without hesitation, they grabbed tools and began smashing through the damaged cockpit, managing to pull the father and his two teenage daughters to safety, but the mother was still trapped inside.
With flames spreading quickly, some fought the fire using a garden hose and extinguisher while the others desperately worked to break through the twisted metal and reach her.
Finally, they pulled her free, saving all four family members.
Without these neighbors risking their own lives, this could have ended in tragedy. Instead, an entire family is alive because four ordinary people refused to stand by.
Let’s give these everyday heroes the recognition they deserve.

A mother and her two young children were hit by a car in a school parking lot, leaving her and her 2-year-old son pinned underneath the vehicle.

Her 3-year-old daughter somehow managed to crawl out, but her mom and little brother were still trapped beneath the car.

A school administrator saw what happened, ran inside and started yelling for help.

Within seconds, more than 20 high school students came rushing outside and surrounded the vehicle.

The students grabbed hold of the car and lifted one side of it together while a nearby Air Force serviceman crawled underneath and pulled the mother and her little boy free.

The mother had been shielding her son underneath the vehicle, and when they finally got him out, his face was blue and he was barely responsive.

He was airlifted to the hospital and later released without serious injuries. His sister was okay too, and their mother underwent surgery and was expected to recover.

More than 20 teenagers heard someone yell for help and ran outside to physically lift a car off a mother and her child. Those are the types of teenagers the internet should be talking about.
