Cannoli｜奶油甜陷煎餅卷
正式登場。
外層是油酥麵皮，
我參考西西里老店的做法，
把原本使用的豬油換成奶油，
也將 Marsala 酒改成紅酒。
內餡是自製的 Ricotta 起司，
拌入糖漬橘皮與檸檬丁，
最後兩邊開心果，巧克力碎作為點綴。
