Salut創立于2002年，是位於台中市西區的一家家庭式的小酒館‧主要的產品是比薩‧由於對食材的堅持－除了生鮮食材外其他肉製品一律採用嚴選進口商品；特別是起士的選擇更是經過多次試驗比較多種品牌而挑選出來。手工製的全麥麵皮讓比薩更具風味，另外有沙拉、義大利麵可供選擇。在炎熱夏天的晚上，點一壺生啤酒、吃一份手工比薩是一種享受。
