While traveling in Hsinchu in 2007, S coffee shop founder Sharon Tsai realized that Hsinchu was a desert when it came to coffee shops. In late 2008, She decided to open S Coffee Shop, a coffee shop that provides high quality coffee, a well-designed
space, and the best hand-made desserts, at a reasonable price. Now, nearly 10 years later, with thanks to our supporters and loyal guests, S Coffee Shop has grown to 20 shops in Taiwan! And we’re planning to have our first overseas shop in Tokyo next year!
