The all-new Blueberry Tiramisu Layered Cake, coming to our tables this Friday at Spiked Cafe.

~ A twist on the traditional tiramisu brings alternating layers of cake, drenched with blueberry liqueur, layered with blueberry compote and silky lemon cream filling, finished off with a dusting of blueberry crumbs ~

It’s one of our dessert options for our Trinidad & Tobago Restaurant Week offerings, running Friday 25th September - Sunday 4th October.
