He said it’s the best wings in Trinidad.

Bold claim… we know. But after trying the Murtani Butter Wings from Chef Rishi at 12 by Rishi, we have to admit — we haven’t tasted one better (yet).

Rich, flavourful and unapologetically indulgent, this is one of those dishes that keeps people coming back.

This feature is part of our month-long spotlight on Chef Rishi for All On The Table, where we’re diving into the dishes, the craft and the story behind it all.

Have you tried them yet? Let us know if they live up to the claim 👇

Slow, rich, and built with intention 🍜🔥

Our Beef Rib Ramen is all about depth of flavor — tender short ribs and fall-off-the-bone beef baby back ribs, simmered into a deeply satisfying bowl. The star? A 20-hour broth, slow-cooked to pull out every bit of richness, body, and umami.
