It's been a busy winter for Kalkan Sushi training under Tolga Sığırcı the head chef at the Mandala Restaurant in the Yatch Boheme Hotel Fethiye. Tolga Sığırcı, is also well known as the head chef at Sea Me Beach Club and so this training has been invaluable in helping to create our new menu for 2022.
