This image takes us back to the early years of Dede Restaurant and to one of the people who helped shape its story, our longtime head waiter, Aziz Akın. Countless guests welcomed, countless evenings shared, friendships formed, and unforgettable summer nights by the sea.

The story of Dede is built not only on recipes and traditions, but also on the dedication of the people who devoted years of their lives to this place. Their presence can still be felt in every corner, every memory, and every chapter of our journey.
