Birinci Levent'te 1992 yılından bugüne bahce icinde bir villada hizmet vermekte olan Sans Restaurant, degismeyen servis anlayisi, surekli yenilenen menusu ile Akdeniz ve Turk mutfaginin leziz tatlarini sunmaya devam ediyor. Ust kat bar ve lounge olarak 'happy hours', ozel toplanti ve davetler icin kullanima acik. Bahar ve yaz aylarinin gelmesiyle Sans yesillikler icindeki bahcesine tasiniyor. 120 kisilik bahce oglen ve aksam yemekleri ve brunch servisiyle hos bir atmosfere sahip. Sans'in mutfaginin basinda kidemli sef Ali Usta (Ali Ekber Sarigul) var. Bugunku Sans menusunun hic degismeyen lezzeti 20 yildir Ali Usta'dan soruluyor.
2001 yılında, Istanbul’da az sayida restaurantin üye olduğu, mukemmel servis ve lezzetin adeta bir tescili sayilan, dünyanın en eski ve en köklü gurme kuruluşu Chaine des Rotisseurs'ün (http://www.chaine-turkey.org/) uyeleri arasına katılan Şans Restaurant, Turkiye de mutfak kültürünün geliştirilmesi yönünde de çalışmalar yapmaktadır. Pazar günü hariç haftanın her günü 11,30 – 00.30 arası açık. Pazar günü mekan özel davetler için açılabilinir.

Sans is a mediterranean fine dining restaurant situated in a beautiful villa in Istanbul. Sans has a main dining hall which seats 80 guests comfortably and has at its disposal a green garden which is open during spring and summer. In addition, a private room on the second floor is also available for private parties. Executive Chef Ali Sarigul and Maitre d' Sait Can, who has been with the restaurant since its establisment on 1992, are the key personel behind the success of Sans. The dynamic menu changes every two months integrating seasonal flavors. Nevertheless, Sans specials like Pazi Dolma (stuffed swiss chard), and Ispanak Koku (spinach roots) are year long favorites. Try the risotto and let us know if you have eaten any better in Istanbul.
'Fish Soup', 'Pan Seared Blue Fin Tuna' and 'Slow Cooked Beef Rib' are some of the highlights of the menu. Visitors of Istanbul should ask for Chef's 'Turkish Cuisine Tasting Menu' to experience some of many unique flavors of Turkish kitchen. Sans has an extensive w**e list.
