It starts quietly...

A few guests are already in, the last daylight over Dalyan, and our team getting everything ready.
Then, little by little, La Boheme changes. The tables fill, the lights come on, plates keep leaving the kitchen, glasses are raised, and laughter fills the air.

And before we know it, another beautiful evening has come to life — a restaurant full of people eating, drinking, talking, celebrating and simply having a wonderful time.
Watching La Boheme come alive like this still feels special, every single time...

Akşam sakin başlıyor...

Birkaç misafirimiz yerini almış, Dalyan’da günün son ışıkları kaybolurken ekibimiz de akşam için son hazırlıklarını tamamlıyor.
Sonra, yavaş yavaş La Boheme değişmeye başlıyor. Masalar doluyor, ışıklar yanıyor, mutfaktan tabaklar ardı ardına çıkıyor, kadehler kalkıyor ve kahkahalar etrafı sarıyor.

Bir bakmışız, yine güzel bir akşam hayat bulmuş. Restoran; yemek yiyen, içkilerini yudumlayan, sohbet eden, kutlama yapan ve sadece güzel vakit geçiren insanlarla dolmuş. La Boheme’in böyle canlanışını izlemek, kaç kez yaşarsak yaşayalım, hâlâ her seferinde çok özel hissettiriyor…

The fresh breeze from the river, the chandeliers glowing, romantic music in the background, and tables filled with happy people enjoying long conversations, lingering over dinner and simply enjoying the moment. Nowhere they need to be, nothing they need to rush for…

And every evening, seeing La Boheme come to life like this makes us incredibly proud and grateful. ♥️

Nehirden gelen tatlı bir esinti, ışıldayan avizeler, fonda romantik bir müzik… Masalarda uzun sohbetler, kahkahalar ve ağır ağır akan bir akşamın keyfi.

Kimsenin gitmek için acele etmediği, kimsenin yetişmesi gereken başka bir yer olmadığı anlar…

At your table, the finished plate arrives almost as if it magically appeared. But inside our kitchen, there’s a whole other story.

Fresh octopus and shrimps, the heat of the grill, and these days an even hotter kitchen — with Chef Furkan and his team working side by side to make every plate something they’re proud to serve. Still laughing together. Still smiling. And, through it all, still paying attention to every little detail.

Because when you truly love what you do, somehow it shows on the plate. ❤️

Masanıza gelen tabak, sanki bir anda, sihirli bir dokunuşla ortaya çıkmış gibi görünebilir. Oysa mutfağımızın içinde, her tabağın arkasında bambaşka bir hikâye yaşanıyor.

Taptaze ahtapot ve karidesler, ızgaranın sıcaklığı ve bugünlerde daha da sıcak olan mutfağımız… Şef Furkan ve ekibi, servis ettikleri her tabaktan gurur duyabilmek için omuz omuza çalışıyor.

Birlikte gülüyor, birlikte üretiyorlar. Yüzlerinden gülümseme eksik olmuyor. Ama tüm bu telaşın içinde, en küçük detayı bile gözden kaçırmıyorlar.

Çünkü yaptığınız işi gerçekten sevdiğinizde, o sevgi mutlaka tabağa da yansıyor. ❤️
