Bu tortelloni, Şef Emir Zengin ‘in mutfak anlayışını en yalın haliyle anlatan imza tabaklardan biri.

El açması makarnanın içinde ricotta, kereviz sapı ve taze otların hafifliği; tereyağı, adaçayı ve cevizin sıcaklığıyla buluşuyor. Son dokunuşlarda ise fesleğen infüze köpük, canlı yeşil yağ, aktif karbon panko ve bahçeden toplanmış otlar, her lokmaya farklı bir katman ekliyor.
