Zuppa, ıslatılmış pandispanyaya atıfta bulunurken; İnglese ise İngiliz tatlısı trifle'a gönderme yapıyor. İtalyan şeflerin bunu 19. yüzyılda İngiliz misafirler için hazırladığına dair bir rivayet var. Sonuçta o, yine Bosco mutfağından lezzetli bir İtalyan.

Zuppa refers to the soaked sponge cake, while Inglese nods to the English dessert, trifle. Legend has it Italian chefs first made this for English guests back in the 19th century. In the end, it's still a delicious Italian, straight from the Bosco kitchen.

Zuppa si riferisce al pan di Spagna inzuppato, mentre Inglese richiama il dolce inglese, il trifle. Si narra che gli chef italiani lo prepararono per la prima volta nell'Ottocento per ospiti inglesi. Alla fine, resta comunque un delizioso italiano, dritto dalla cucina di Bosco.
