A quick view of the city, people, places and restaurants in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
The summers are hot and dry and the winters are chilly, but not very cold. The climate is damper than other Central Asian capitals. Winters are not as cold as further north owing to the shielding of the city by mountain from extremely cold air from Siberia. January 2008 was particularly cold, and the temperature dropped to −22 °C.

The brief introduction of Chef Mozart. He began with studying culinary as a Singapore Hotel Association and Tourism Educational Centre graduate.
As an active member of Chains des Rôtisseurs, Saigon Professional Chef Guild Association, Chef Association Malaysia, and Craft Guild of Chef, United Kingdom, it shows his passion in cooking.
Chef Mozart had won a number of medals and achieved some awards in several competitions such as Culinary Olympic in Luxembourg, European Culinary Championship in Vienna and many more. He also had been listed among the best 20 Executive Chef in Asia. His journey as a chef was in international hotel chains all over the world be it in United Kingdom, Germany, Vietnam, South Africa, and Malaysia.
