Chef MoriKen และทีม ขอแจ้งว่าเราตัดสินใจขยายช่วงเวลาแห่งประสบการณ์และความสนุกของอีเว้นท์ Sushi Experience ไปถึงปลายเดือนพฤษภาคม ด้วยความจำกัดของวันที่ให้บริการและที่นั่ง รีบสอบถามรายละเอียด และจองกันเข้ามานะคะ!

ทำอีเว้นท์มาได้ 2-3 รอบ ดีใจที่เมนู Appetizer No.1 ของเชฟเข้าไปพิชิตใจลูกค้าทุกท่านได้

จานนี้เป็น Hotaru Ika ปลาหมึกหิ้งห้อยที่มีเฉพาะในช่วงฤดูใบไม้ผลิเท่านั้น เชฟเสิร์ฟกับผักให้บาลานซ์ในมื้ออาหารเย็นสมดุลย์ ซอสที่ทำมาจาก base มิโซะ ที่เป็น Secret Sauce ของเชฟโมริเคน ลูกค้าหลายท่านบอกว่าทำใส่ขวดขายเลย (เชฟชื่นใจยิ้มปริ)

มาเปิดประสบการณ์ Omakase + Workshop สนุกๆ กันนะคะ วัตถุดิบแทบทั้งหมดออเดอร์จากญี่ปุ่นส่งตรงแบบวันต่อวัน เมดอินเจแปนนีสทุกอย่างยันถ้วยชามรามไห ยกเว้นภรรยาเชฟที่เมดอินไทยแลนด์
