Second round of hosting our Pop-up at studio.

Next Sunday on the 6th of April. 10 AM - 2 PM
Coffee, matcha, sweet and savory baked goods.

Sunday brunch with good music and a haircut for the spontaneous ones - no appointments.

We had a blast last night at .charles apothecary in Salzburg Old Town. 🤍

We had some small bites that were inspired by the apothecary.

The highlight based on the people’s feedback was the black sesame - linseed cracker with spices carrot and cashew ferment topped off with some sprouts.

We used the living cultures called “microbiome complex” from .charles to bring some love into our cashew ferment 🦠

Thanks to everyone for coming! We will be back at .charles next week Thursday 10AM - 6PM

KOLMA is back! With some fresh spring energy we start into the season of 2025.

Our first event will be next week, on Thursday the 27th of March at .charles apothecary in Salzburg old town. We are more than happy about this collaboration and can’t wait to see you there.

Our menu will be inspired by their products combined with your favorite goods and drinks. We are excited to share that menu with you.

You are welcome to swing by between 10am until 6pm. There is limited space but we welcome you within this timeframe to either spend some time in this calming atmosphere or also just to take away some coffee, matcha and other goods.

This event is part of the eat&meet festival of Salzburg Old town. .salzburg

We are also happy to see some of you already this week in the fully booked event this Thursday 💛

It was the first time in Vienna for KOLMA and it was a pleasure ✨

Social run, speciality coffee, baked goods and great books. Anything missing? Not for us!

Happily looking back to that great time we had at ATTIC .film one and a half weeks ago! We are still beyond grateful that we could host a pop up in this awesome location. Thanks again to .wav for making the vibe a special one, with the tunes he had for us. Thanks to to bake amazing sourdough bread and thanks to the whole community for coming, for waiting and vibing 💿💫🫶🏼

TAKEOVER AT NEXT WEEKEND ☕️
23. / 24.11 from 10 am until 5pm we gonna take over the coffee shop ‚das memberg‘ end of Linzer Gasse.
There will be filter coffee, ceremonial grade matcha, lots of baked goods sweet and savory along side with some other drinks curated by Kolma. We will announce the menu mid of the week so stay tuned 👀🍰
