I attempt to publish honest unbiased reviews based on personal experience.

Reviews of some of my favorite bars, night clubs, hotels, restaurants, products, and services, as well as reviews of some products, brands, and businesses I am not impressed with. This is a pretty unserious REVIEW site, but also a blog of Erik's travel through life, particularly Southeast Asia, more specifically, Thailand and Laos, even MORE specifically, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, and Vientiane

Along with stories, posts, pics, and clips along the way Erik reviews some of these places visited.

★★★★☆ "This place is all right. It is one of the top night spots in Udon Thani, which isn't saying much since Udon Thani is incredibly boring by night. Still, the music is okay, they often have live music, prices are fine. Seating is a bit limited, so get there early or with me!"

Got the munchies at 3 a.m.?

If you are in downtown Vientiane look no further than Mini Big C Sihom. There is more than one of these convenience stores in the area, but this one we're at now is the only one of it's kind, as far as I know, that is open 24 hours and caters to nightowls such as us.

If you are lucky (?) you might run into Peter who has chosen to make Big C Sihom is home!
