IMAE อ่านว่า อิแม่ เป็นคำเรียกแม่ภาษาอีสาน ตอนนี้อาจจะไม่ค่อยได้ยินกันแล้ว ปกติอยู่บ้านก็เรียกแค่คำว่า''แม่'' โดดๆ ความคิดริเริ่มเราอยากให้ร้านชื่อ''สามพี่น้อง"เพราะว่าแม่มีลูกชายสามคน ร้านนี้จะนำเสนอรสชาติความเป็นอีสานแท้ ๆ ผ่านฝีมือแม่เรา และมีเมนูทานง่ายอย่างผัดกระเพรามานำเสนอ พวกเราตั้งใจทำทุกจานออกมาอย่างดีที่สุด อยากให้ทุกคนมาลองชิมกันนะ^^
