​We will officially reopen on Monday, May 25th.

As the island’s first Turkish kitchen, it has been an incredible journey. Our chef and team want to send a huge thank you to our amazing community and every guest who has walked through our doors at Turkuaz Meyhane. You are the reason we do what we do! From our authentic kebabs and mezes to our handmade mantı and baklava, we love bringing a taste of Türkiye to your table.

Happy New Year from Turkuaz Meyhane!🧿🎉
As we welcome 2026 (and 2569🇹🇭) we want to say a big thank you to everyone who dined, drank, and laughed with us this past year. To let our hardworking team celebrate and rest, we will be closed on Jan 1st.
We look forward to welcoming you back on the 2nd to start the year right, with a table full of fresh Mezes, juicy Kebabs 🇹🇷 and good friends.

Fun fact: Did you know that St. Nicholas (aka Santa Claus) was actually born in Patara, modern-day Türkiye? 🎅🇹🇷🏛️🌊
We’ve been thinking... if he hadn't moved to the North Pole, his "Ho Ho Ho" would sound a little different. It would probably be less about checking lists and more about cheering "Şerefe!" (Cheers!) at a long Meyhane table! 🥂

Fun Fact about Mantı 🧿🇹🇷
We hear you, and it’s the most common question we get: “How many pieces of mantı are in one portion?”
The legendary Turkish saying, especially concerning the tiny Kayseri style, is: "A truly skilled cook can fit forty pieces of mantı onto a single spoon." It's just an ancient, playful way to praise the chef's expertise and the delicate, small size of the dumplings. The smaller the mantı, the more skilled the hand!
