Today, our chef is excited to present the special Christmas Dinner Set Menu—created exclusively for this magical night. We offer three different sets, priced at 890 THB++ per person, and each set includes four courses.🌲⛄🎅🎁

Tonight, the chef will introduce Set Menu 2, a Thai-fusion selection that perfectly blends Eastern flavors with Western techniques.

✨ Appetizer
Grilled white Shrimp with garlic, butter, and parsley, served with a rich tom yum cream sauce made from slow-simmered bones and aromatic Thai herbs. The dish is complemented with sweet Nam Dok Mai mango to balance the acidity.

✨ Course 2: Soup
Spicy pumpkin soup made from a blend of two pumpkin varieties for natural sweetness and a velvety texture. Simmered with chicken stock and warm spices, enriched with cream and butter, and finished with a unique spicy twist. Served with sourdough bread and toasted pumpkin seeds.

✨ Course 3: Main Course
Salt-grilled seabass with crispy skin, served alongside silky mashed potatoes and a rich tom kha sauce. A fusion dish that still preserves the essence of Thai herbs and flavors.

✨ Course 4: Dessert
Creamy coconut gelato paired with caramelized bananas and whole roasted almonds.
