with minced pork and prawn with Japanese soy sauce.)
2. Tod-Mun Goong (4 pieces.) (ทอดมันกุ้ง) (Mince prawn mixed with mince pork and deep fried with sweet chili sauce.)
3. Poo-Ja (2 pieces.) (ปูจ๋า)
(Crab meat mixed with mince pork stuffing in crab shell.)
4. Goong Pun-Aoy (4 pieces.) (กุ้งพันอ้อย) (Minced prawn, fish and pork wrapped on a sugar cane stick.)
5. Spring Roll Platter (4 pieces.) (ปอเปี๊ยะ ๔ อย่าง) (four different spring rolls served with sails own recipe.)
6. Lamb Kofta (5 pieces.) (เนื้อแกะย่างสมุนไพร) (Lamp mince mixed with spice served with four different dips.)
7. Grilled Frog Leg with Spicy Herbs (5 pieces.) (ขากบเครื่องเทศ) (Charcoal grille Frogs legs marinated with selected spices.)
8. Prawn Toast (4 pieces.) (ขนมปังหน้ากุ้ง) (Minced prawns mixed with sesame seed.)
9. Trio Tartar (ทรีโอทาร์ทาร์)
(Tuna and Salmon Tatar made in three different styles.)
10. Salt and Pepper Squid (ปลาหมึกชุบทอด+พริกสด+มะนาว) (Calamari garnished with chili and lime served with marinated vegetable.)
