Countless of ideas. That’s what a year of traveling, tasting, and obsessing looks like on paper.

A year ago today, we launched our new menu with "no big fuss." Since then, we’ve spent our time stepping out of the kitchen, exploring new cities, absorbing different cultures, and connecting with people who inspire us. We brought every single lesson back here to Old Town.

Our kitchen family has grown, not just in size, but in technique and focus. We took all those experiences and distilled them down into this new menu. It’s familiar comfort, but evolved. Dialed-up flavors, sharper ex*****on, and the same welcoming space.

From the first messy draft to the final plate, we’ve poured our year into this. Stop by and taste the evolution.

We will be closed on April 15th, to celebrate the hard work and heart of the team that makes every meal at TAPAS possible, we are heading out on the water for our Annual Staff Party.
