A night of bold flavours, creative collaborations, and great company at for 🤍

It was our honour to welcome Chef Johnson from , Penang, Malaysia, for a special evening of collaboration at HEH featuring special appearances from Chef Suwijak of .royd and Chef Nattadanai of .pkt, the evening brought together a sharing menu inspired by local ingredients, contemporary creativity, and Phuket’s vibrant dining scene.

Paired with PRAKAAN, Thailand’s first award-winning single malt whisky, the night celebrated flavour, conversation, and borderless dining at HEH.
