Roast level changes flavour not quality.

Light highlights origin.
Medium balances sweetness and structure.
Dark emphasises roast character.

“Strong” is about extraction.
Not colour.

We are serving all roasts all year round, choose based on what you prefer!

This season reminds us how important family, connection, and gratitude truly are.

Thank you for supporting Honest Coffee (also, Jingjai) and allowing us to be part of your daily rituals.
May the year ahead be generous and bright.

Happy Chinese New Year. ✨😸

From picking ripe cherries to the way they’re processed, every step shapes the flavour in your cup.

Here’s a closer look at how coffee travels from farm to brew.
