Pizza at Rosmarino is done differently.

With fresh dough made in house, stretched by hand, topped with your choice of flavors then baked in a stone oven. The stone holds heat evenly and cooks at a temperature higher than a regular oven. That is how the high heat crisps the base fast while keeping the centre soft. The crust gets a light char that only comes from cooking it the right way.
