เป็นเวลาปีกว่าที่เอินได้ออกแบบบ้านหลังนี้ ใช้เวลาอีกสามปีในการสร้าง สามปีที่ได้อยู่อาศัยในฐานะบ้านอันอบอุ่น และสองปีกว่าที่ได้อยู่กับร้าน Ittha Boutique Cafe 🏰❤️
แม้จะเร็วกว่าที่คิดไปมาก แต่มันก็ถึงเวลาอันเหมาะสม พวกเราเอิน (ชุดขาวชูนิ้วตรงกลาง) และโจ้ สามี (ผู้ชายที่ยื่นหน้าออกมา) กำลังจะบอกลาอาคารที่น่าจะเรียกได้ว่าเป็นผลงานชิ้นที่อลังการที่สุดในชีวิตเราชิ้นนี้ไปค่ะ… 😲
ไม่ค่ะ Ittha Boutique Cafe จะไม่ปิดตัวลงค่ะ จะปิดได้ยังไงเนอะ ขายดีขนาดนี้ เหมือนพีคขึ้นอีกในหมู่นักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติด้วยซ้ำ ใช่ค่ะ จากนี้ไป Ittha boutique Café จะยังคงดำเนินต่อไปภายในอาคารที่ทุกคนชื่นชอบหลังเดิม แต่เปลี่ยนหน้าและวิสัยทัศน์ของบริหาร (ผู้บริหารใหม่คือทีมชุดดำทางซ้ายมือค่ะ) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 ก.ย. นี้เป็นต้นไปค่ะ ✨
ติดตาม Ittha ในรูปแบบใหม่ได้ที่ Cataleya Estate และใน IG ชื่อเดียวกันค่ะ .estate
ก็หวังว่าลูกค้าจะยังสนับสนุนเจ้าของใหม่และน้องๆ คนเดิมด้วยดีต่อไปอีกนานๆ นะคะ เราเองก็อยากเห็นสถานที่แห่งนี้เติบโตไปเรื่อยๆ ในเส้นทางที่สวยงามเช่นกัน

ขอใช้โอกาสนี้ขอบคุณลูกค้าทุกๆ ท่าน 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 ที่ให้การสนับสนุนด้วยดีตลอดมา ตลอดเวลาจริงๆ ตั้งแต่วันแรกจนถึงปัจจุบันที่เปิดมา ร้านเราไม่เคยร้างคนเลย ทั้งลูกค้าใหม่เก่า ทั้งคนไทยและต่างชาติ แวะเวียนเข้ามาสนับสนุนพวกเราไม่ขาดสาย บางท่านใส่เราเข้าไว้ในตารางการท่องเที่ยว เป็นจุดหมายหนึ่งของกรุงเทพที่ต้องมาเยี่ยมเยียนเมื่อมาเที่ยวเมืองนี้ สิ่งนี้เกินความคาดหมายของคนทำร้าน ของคนที่ออกแบบอาคาร ของผู้หญิงคนหนึ่งที่คิดเพียงแค่อยากทำสถานที่สวยๆ ตามจินตนาการ ทำร้านดีๆ ปลอดสารขึ้นมาด้วยเพราะสุขภาพที่ไม่ค่อยดีตัวเอง
คิดแหละว่าคนคงจะมา เพราะก็รู้แหละว่าตึกมันสวย 😌 แต่ไม่ได้คาดคิดว่าจะได้ต้อนรับดูแลผู้คนจากทั่วโลกมากมายขนาดนี้จริงๆ นะ มันเกินคาดหมายไปมาก ถ้าใครมาเห็น forecast พวกเรายุคก่อนเปิดร้านว่าเราคาดว่าคนจะมาร้านเฉลี่ยแค่วันละ 20 แก้ว ก็คงเอ็นดูพวกเรา 🤣

🤔 แล้วเจ้าของเก่าไปไหน?
ตัวร้านกาแฟเองพวกมีหุ้นส่วนกันอยู่ 2 ครอบครัวค่ะ พงศ์และบีม (ผู้ชายใส่แว่นริมขวาของรูปและผู้หญิงผมยาวที่ยืนติดกัน) ที่เริ่มช่วยกันคิดช่วยกันทำตั้งแต่ต้นก็จะกลับไปโฟกัสกับธุรกิจครอบครัวเช่นเดิม รวมถึงการดูแลลูกสาวตัวน้อยที่กำลังเติบโตน่ารักเจื้อยแจ้วขึ้นทุกวัน
ขอบคุณที่เป็นหุ้นส่วนที่แสนดีที่ฝากผีฝากไข้กันได้ เป็นหุ้นส่วนที่ทั้ง make sense ในเชิงธุรกิจ และเป็นเพื่อนที่น่ารักมากๆ ตลอดมา ขอโทษด้วยที่ไม่ได้พาแบรนด์ขยายไปไกลกว่านี้ตามที่เคยฝันกัน และขอบคุณที่สุดที่เข้าใจและสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของพวกเรา
ส่วนเอินและโจ้ในฐานะเจ้าบ้านเดิม… มันไม่เพียงแค่ร้านกาแฟ หรือกิจการ แต่มันคือบ้าน… บ้านที่เคยอยู่ในความฝันที่เราเสกสรรค์จนกลายเป็นคามจริง… เราจะไปไหนกันหรือ? คำตอบที่แสนสั้นแต่ร่าเริงใจเป็นอย่างมากของเราก็คือ… เราจะย้ายไปอยู่ข้างป่าที่จังหวัดระยองกันค่ะ 🤩🏡
โจ้ก็จะยังคงทำงาน 3 บริษัทแบบเดิมที่โจ้ทำอยู่ อาจต้องเดินทางมากกว่าเดิมนิดหน่อย และต้องวางแผนการเข้ากรุงเทพดีๆ เข้าทีให้คุ้ม 🚗 เพราะเราจะย้ายบ้านกันไปไกลขึ้น
ในส่วนเอินนั้น จะเกษียณค่ะ เป็น early retirement 😘🎉
ใช่ค่ะ เอินไม่ได้มีแพลนอะไรเรื่องทำมาหากินเป็นพิเศษ เพียงแค่จะใช้กำลังที่มีสร้างบ้านใหม่อยู่ริมเขา ยังไม่ได้คิดเรื่องทำธุรกิจอะไรจริงจัง 🙂↔️
ถึงแม้โจ้จะออกปากว่าจะยังทำงานและช่วยดูแลเอิน แต่ตามประสาคนชอบทำงานที่เป็นเด็กขี้ insecure อย่างเอิน เดี๋ยวสักพักก็คงมีโปรเจคแหละ แต่ตอนนี้ยังค่ะ ตอนนี้อยากโฟกัสเรื่องการสร้างบ้านใหม่ 🏡 ปลูกผัก 🥬 และเย็บเสื้อผ้า 🪡👗 เท่านี้ก่อนค่ะ
วันนี้เราต้องกล่าวลากัน แต่วันหน้า
หวังใจว่าจะได้เจอกันอีกที่ใดสักที่ ❤️

I spent over a year designing this house, we spent 3 years to build it, and 3 years living in it as a sweet home, and over 2 years operating Ittha Boutique Cafe 🏰❤️
Although it's happening sooner than expected, the time is right. We're saying goodbye to what could be called our life's best creation… 😲
No, Ittha Boutique Cafe isn't closing. How could it? The business is doing so well, it's even peaking even more among foreign tourists. But yes, some changes are coming. From now on, Ittha Boutique Café will continue operating in the same beloved building but with new management and vision, starting from 16 September 2024 onwards ✨
We sincerely hope customers will continue to support the new owners and the same staff for a long time to come. We want to continue to see this place grow on a beautiful path
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their continuous support 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 From the very first day until now, our cafe has never been empty. Both new and regular customers, Thai and foreign, have been constantly supporting us. Some even included us in their travel itineraries, taking us as their must-visit destination in Bangkok. This has been way beyond the expectations of mine, this humble cafe owner, the designer of the building, and a woman who just wanted to create a beautiful place based on her imagination and a healthy, chemical-free cafe due to her own health issues.
To be honest, we did think people would come because we knew the building was beautiful 😌 but we never expected to welcome so many people from around the world. It far exceeded our expectations. If anyone had seen our forecast when we first planned for this project, predicting an average of just 20 cups a day, they would have laughed 🤣

🤔 Where are the former owners going?
The cafe itself has two family partnerships, Phong and Beam (including the little one), who have been involved from the beginning. They will return to focus on their family business as before, including taking care of their little daughter who is growing up adorably every day.
Thank you for being wonderful partners we could rely on, partners who made sense both in business and as lovely friends throughout. We apologize for not expanding the brand further as we once dreamed, and thank you so much for understanding and supporting our decision.
As for me, Earn, and my husband, Joh, as the homeowners… Yes, it’s not just a cafe or a business to us, but a home... A home that was once our dreams that we had made it into reality... Where will we go? The answer is simple but very exciting for us. We’re moving to live near the forest in Rayong province 🤩🏡 which is about 2.5-hour-drive from Bangkok.
Joh will continue working for the same three companies as before, perhaps with a bit more travel 🚗 and will need to plan his trips to and from Bangkok efficiently since we're moving further away.
Me? I will retire. Yes, early retirement 🥰🎉
That's right, I still don’t have any special plans for any kind of work yet. My main focus now is the building of a new home by the mountains. So no, still no serious business plan yet. 🙂↔️
However, although Joh says he'll continue to work and take care me, being the insecure workaholic woman that I am, there will probably be a project soon. But for now, I just want to focus on building the new house 🏡, growing some vegetables 🥬, and sewing some clothes 🪡👗
Today we have say goodbye, but we hope to meet again somewhere in the future ❤️
