❗️a Chili Chicken Panini for the next two weeks. Grilled chicken marinated in gochujang sauce with a bit of lemon on a bedding of cheese. Spiced it up with a bit of honey, pepper, paprika and onion powder and buttered it with some garlic butter.

❗️for the next two weeks we have an omelette sandwich on the menu. An omelette bun made out of eggs, carrot, zucchini, and mushrooms, filled with grilled chicken and bacon on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. It comes with our special spicy mayo.
