After months of uncertainty, trial and error finally we decided the road ahead.
We have been a hybrid for a long time without a precise identity, but it was our choice, we had to understand how to organize ourselves.
We apologize for any inconvenience or unwanted changes.
The decision has been made, the deli shop in Soi B**gkot will become a proper, real, restaurant, with the kitchen managed by an experienced Italian chef.
Together with our top quality imported products, Hams, Salami and Cheeses, we will propose our new Fresh daily Homemade Pasta, with or without eggs, filled or not (like Ravioli, Tortellini etc)
with classic and gourmet fillings, that will vary every week, like our sauces and ragu.
Fresh pasta, filled or otherwise, can be purchased to cook at home.
A Butchery section will also be open inside the restaurant, where, using only top quality imported meat, we will prepare marinated meats, skewers, burger patties, breaded cutlets and
classic cuts on a daily basis like Fillet, Sirloin, Ribeye Steak and TBone Steak using imported top quality meats such as Australian Wagyu, USA Black Angus, Spanish Rubia Galega,
Italian Chianina, Japanese Kobe (Wagyu).
We don't have the complete assortment yet, sourcing products of this quality and locations is much more complicated than expected, but we are working on to be complete in the
shortest possible time.
These products can be purchased to bring and cook at your home, or cooked on the spot for you and in front of you in our professional Argentinian grills.
There will clearly be no shortage of dishes produced directly from our kitchen, such as roast beef, stews, braised meats and many others which will vary from week to week.
We will also deal with fish products, but for these you will still have to have a little patience.
Our cellar is finally ready, guaranteeing an offer that offers all the best quality grapes from each Italian region in its wines produced by the best wineries, mostly also
by the glass, thus giving you the opportunity to enjoy and taste one of Italy's products of excellence in the world.
Our internal bakery, in addition to the various types of bread that it produces every day, following ancient Italian (and American) traditions, using only Italian flours,
also produces cakes and desserts on a daily basis, such as tarts, new york cheesecake, apple pie, cookies with others that will vary every week. Of Course is available the classic
artisanal Italian ice cream and our coffee shop products, using Italian coffee and professional italian coffee machine.
The environment, also finished renovating, in Tuscan Renaissance style will host you with typical Italian warmth and hospitality.
This will be the restaurant area of The Deli Factory and will be called "Il Firenze".
As regards our famous Sandwiches, Panini, Deli Side Dishes and Roman Pizza in the pan, we will continue to make them and, indeed, we intend to increase the products but they will
only be available as order for delivery, pick up or take way (always the usual in Soi B**gkot at the moment).
This will be under the new name DeliFood2U, the part of The Deli Factory that will deal with Deli Products for delvery, pick up or take way.
In this regard, we inform you in advance that a proprietary app will soon be available, both for Android and for Apple, with which you can order, receive or pick up the products you
want with extreme ease and solution of the various misunderstandings that occured during chats or order phone calls.
Business hours will also change:
We will be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00am to midnight as a restaurant, takeway and pick-up service (deliveries until 2am), closed on Mondays.
All this will be operational from Tuesday 30/01/2024, 29/01/24 will be our first closing day and Monday will be our weekly closing day.
