Meet Mia. Our resident cocktail magician! 🍸

If you've ever had a cocktail at Charm and wondered who's behind that delicious little creation, it's Mia! She's always experimenting with new flavours, trying different combinations and finding little ways to make your favourite drinks even better.

And it's not just about making a cocktail look pretty (although, as you can see from these photos, she's rather good at that too!). Mia puts so much thought, care and pride into every drink she makes.

Whether she's whipping up one of our much-loved Pornstar Martinis or getting creative with something completely new, we love seeing what she comes up with next.

She's a huge part of our hardworking Charm family, and we thought it was about time we gave her a little moment in the spotlight.

There are two types of people at Charm. Those who order Renata's chocolate fondant and those who spend the rest of the evening wishing they'd ordered one too.

Renata's famous chocolate fondant is one of the dishes she cooked on Masterchef UK, and its been a firm favourite on our menu ever since.

Rich chocolate sponge, warm and gooey in the middle. Served with a sharp, berry sorbet.

We've lost count of how many times we've heard someone say they're too full for dessert, only to change their mind when they see one heading to the next table.

Our advice? Leave a little room.

After careful consideration, we've decided that self-control is massively overrated 🤭

One cocktail? Make it three.
Too full for dessert? We'll just have a cheeky little look at the menu. 👀
Ordered our own dinner? Yes, but yours looks nice too.

Unfortunately, we do love ALL of the above, and we're not even a little bit sorry about it! So, come and indulge with us at Charm. We'll never judge your ordering habits.

Stressed? We think we've found a rather delicious solution 🍋

Say hello to the newest addition to our dessert menu at Charm... Lemon Crème Brûlée! 💛

Silky smooth, beautifully zesty and topped with that gorgeous layer of caramelised sugar that gives the most satisfying little *crack* when you tap it with your spoon 🤤

And you know when you've just polished off one of Renata's Thai curries or a big juicy steak, and you're thinking, "I couldn't possibly manage dessert"? Well, this little beauty might just change your mind.

We love our famous MasterChef chocolate fondant, of course, but we think it might have a little competition! Who's making room for a lemon crème brûlée on their next visit? 🍋

YUUUUUMMMMMMMMM 🤤

When you can't decide which starter to order, there's really only one sensible solution... order the lot.

Our Mixed Starter Platter is a little bit of everything we love at Charm, all on one plate. Juicy grilled chicken satay skewers with a rich peanut dipping sauce, homemade steamed chicken dumplings, crispy laab moo tod (little deep-fried pork balls packed with fragrant Thai flavours), our ridiculously moreish golden cauliflower bombs AND succulent king prawns in a light, crispy tempura batter 🤤

Perfect for sharing with the table... although we won't judge if you're a little protective over the last dumpling 😉

Look, we're not saying we've found the cure for sadness, but we DO have chocolate fondant, Pornstar Martinis and some seriously good Asian fusion flavours here at Charm.

And let's be fair, it's pretty difficult to stay sad when you've got a mixed starter to share, a cheeky cocktail (or two), one of Renata's famous MasterChef chocolate fondants and a few 80s classics playing in the background.

We might not be qualified doctors, but we definitely have a cure for the blues! 😉
