As the only two Thai participants from APN in the Caputo Cup 2024, 2025, and now 2026 in Naples—the birthplace of pizza—we have worked incredibly hard, learned from every experience, and never stopped believing in our passion.
This year, I am deeply grateful and humbled to have finished in the Top 10, placing 10th in the Pizza Stagione category at Caputo Cup 2026. 🍕🏆
This result is more than a ranking. It represents years of dedication, countless hours of practice, sacrifices, and the courage to keep showing up on the world stage.
We are still learning, still growing, and still chasing excellence—one pizza at a time.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us and our journey at Pizzeria Sorte Koh Samui. This achievement belongs to all of you as well. ❤️🇹🇭🍕

Deeply saddened by the loss of a great mentor and friend, the President of Accademia Pizza DOC.
As a member, I am incredibly grateful for his vision, passion, and the endless support he gave to our pizza community worldwide. His legacy will live on in every pizza we bake.
My heart and deepest condolences go out to his family and the entire Pizza DOC community.
Rest in peace, Antonio. You will be truly missed. 🕊️🇮🇹
