"Phangan Vitamin Sea" is a restaurant on Koh Phangan. Where is the paradise of people who love clarity and living life on the beach with natural.

Chulee Phuaksawat or “Emily” is the young Thai lady. She started a restaurant alone from 2016, October. When she was just 24 years old. Restaurant had been create from a small wooden house with small kitchen. The size of the kitchen was only 3.5 sq.m. With only one employer, young Burmese girl 21 years old. “Yutae” is her name. Emily start the restaurant with the knowledge of working at “Il barracuda Restaurant”. And a big support from Italian boyfriend who own il barracuda restaurant. (Francesco Simonetti).

At Vitamin Sea, we had concept of serve fresh seafood from local fishermen. Because we recognise the quality of local seafood and fisherman job is significance. So we creating food in the restaurant with the valuable of healthy and raw material in Italian European way of cooking. We made homemade from the kitchen with freshest ingredients. That because we’re care of the healthy and well-being is an important think for your life.
