✨ Sombrero Rosa ✨
Some music carries the feeling of many places at once, bringing together languages, rhythms, and traditions that may have been born far apart, yet somehow feel completely natural when they meet.
📅 October 9
🕢 7:30 – 9:00 PM
📍 Seeds of Dreams, Koh Phangan
🎟️ 400 THB
Sombrero Rosa returns to Seeds of Dreams with a five-piece live performance where the fire of Spanish Flamenco meets the depth and mystery of Arabic melodies, woven together through acoustic rhythms, electric guitar, percussion, bass, and soulful voices.
Singing in Spanish, Arabic, and Hebrew, the band moves freely between cultures and musical traditions, creating a sound that feels ancient and contemporary at the same time, while keeping the warmth and spontaneity of friends simply coming together to make music they love.
Expect an evening full of rhythm, soul, movement, and stories carried across languages, where different worlds meet without losing what makes each of them unique.
Come early, settle in with a cup of cacao, and join us for a night of music without borders. 🤎

✨ Movie Night: The Cup ✨
What happens when centuries of Buddhist tradition meet the irresistible excitement of the World Cup?
📅 October 8
🕖 7:00 PM
📍 Seeds of Dreams, Koh Phangan
🎟️ Donation
Join us for The Cup (1999), a warm, quietly funny, and deeply human story about a group of young Tibetan Buddhist monks living in a monastery in exile, whose peaceful routine is interrupted by their growing obsession with the 1998 World Cup.
Inspired by true events, the film was written and directed by Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche, also known as Khyentse Norbu, and features real monks rather than professional actors, offering a rare and intimate glimpse into monastic life while gently exploring the meeting point between ancient tradition and the desires of the modern world.
Behind its wonderfully simple story lies a reflection on attachment, change, friendship, and the very human ability to find joy in unexpected places.
Come early, find a comfortable place, take a cup of warm cacao, and spend the evening with us. 🤎

✨ Sacred Alignment: Beyond the Biology of Bias ✨
Sometimes the deepest questions are not about how to change the world around us, but about understanding the unseen patterns that shape the way we relate to ourselves and to one another.
📅 October , 7
🕥 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Seeds of Dreams, Koh Phangan
🎟️ Donation
Join David Valantin for a meditative lecture exploring the dynamic between the masculine and feminine beyond labels, roles, and conditioning, inviting us to look beneath inherited patterns and discover what becomes possible when these forces move into greater harmony.
Blending meditation, reflection, and conversation, David draws from shamanic traditions, Vedic philosophy, somatic awareness, and energy work to create a space for inquiry rather than certainty, offering perspectives that encourage presence, inner coherence, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
The gathering will begin with a guided meditative journey, followed by an open lecture and time for questions, creating an opportunity not only to listen, but to reflect and explore together.
Come as you are, settle in with a cup of warm cacao, and join us for a morning of contemplation, awareness, and meaningful conversation.

The Untethered Couple: Prisoners of Our Predictions

A New Season Begins

📅 October , 6
⏰ 10:00 am–12:00 pm
📍 Seeds of Dreams
🎟️ Free

This year we continue our lecture series The Untethered Couple - an exploration of how an intimate relationship can become a path of spiritual development, a true yoga of awakening.

The new season opens with a theme I call “Prisoners of Our Predictions.”

The Core Idea

Drawing on modern neuroscience, we’ll discover something both humbling and liberating: we are prisoners of out own predictions. We never truly meet our partner directly - we meet them through the constant stream of predictions our brain generates about who they are and what they mean.

Some predictions paint our partner darker than reality. Others paint them brighter. Either way, the encounter is never direct.

The Heart of the Season

Every form of suffering in a relationship does not arise from reality, from the relationship, or from what our partner is doing.
It always arises from what our brain predicts - and the silent categories it places them into.

It’s going to be a fascinating year of growth and discovery.
I warmly invite you all to join. ✨
