It's time for Huevos Rancheros -- arguably the least boring way to get some fiber in your diet. Two perfectly fried eggs and black beans with red bell pepper over soft flour tortillas, topped with our house-made zesty ranchero sauce, queso fresco, cilantro, and sliced avo on the side. 20g of fiber and highly likely to become your new favorite brunch.

Say hello to the Farmer's Breakfast — everything you want on one plate. As always, cooked with olive oil.
Two eggs any style, plus your pick of bacon, chicken sausage, or Cumberland sausage. Then we pile on crispy breakfast potatoes, grilled tomatoes, garlic-sautéed spinach & kale, smashed pumpkin, creamy labneh, and warm toast.

-Salmon with Baharat Spice Cauliflower Rice: this dish has a rainbow of veggies, protein, healthy fat from the salmon & olive oil, and the most delicious blend of warm spices. (gluten-free)

- Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna: fresh yet filling, a perfect lunch or dinner during this hot season. (gluten-free)

- Chicken Sauté: pan roasted chicken breast for 40g of lean protein, super flavorful roasted tomatoes, kale & spinach sautéed in confit garlic oil, and smashed Japanese pumpkin. (gluten-free)
