We sincerely apologize to all customers who visited our restaurant today for the unusually long waiting time and delays with your orders.
This evening, we received far more orders than usual — around 500% more than our normal volume. As a result, the food we had prepared in advance was not enough to keep up with the demand.
We also had only one person working at the stove. When many orders came in at the same time, we simply could not prepare everything as quickly as we normally would, even though we did our best to make every order carefully and serve them in the order they were received.
We do not pre-fry or pre-cook our meats and leave them waiting. Every piece is cooked to order, one by one, so that every dish is served hot and freshly made.
With the sudden increase in workload, there were also some communication and operational mistakes on our side today. These are things we need to take back and improve.
Most importantly, thank you so much to everyone who waited and gave us the opportunity to cook for you today. ❤️
And we are truly sorry to the customers who came in but unfortunately couldn’t dine with us because some items had already sold out.
We will take what happened today seriously and make adjustments to our preparation and workflow, so that we can serve everyone faster and more smoothly next time.
Thank you for stopping by and supporting our little restaurant.
And once again, we are truly sorry to everyone who had to wait today. 🙇🏻♀️🙇🏻♂️
