พิธีกรรมชาและเสียงดนตรี ที่ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากภูมิปัญญาและรากเหง้าของไทย

ร่วมออกเดินทางผ่านชาสมุนไพรไทยอย่างช้าๆ ตั้งแต่ดอกกล้วย กล้วยสด จนถึงกล้วยตาก ทุกส่วนถูกนำมาใช้และให้คุณค่า ภายใต้แนวคิด Zero Waste ที่เคารพธรรมชาติและความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของผืนดิน

ค่อยๆ จิบชา รับรู้ลมหายใจ สังเกตร่างกาย ปล่อยใจให้สงบ และรับฟังเสียงภายในตนเอง

พร้อมดื่มด่ำกับดนตรี Ambient สด และเสียงจากธรรมชาติ ทั้งเสียงใบไม้แห้ง เสียงสายน้ำ และเมล็ดพืชที่สั่นไหว พาเรากลับมาเชื่อมโยงกับรากเหง้า ความเรียบง่าย และช่วงเวลาปัจจุบัน

As we sip slowly, we observe the body, quiet the mind, and listen to the soul. Accompanied by traditional Thai ambient music, this gathering invites us to reconnect with our roots and the beauty of the present moment.

Relax and open your ears to a sound healing session blending live ambient soundscapes with the raw elements of nature—the rustle of dry leaves, the fluid rhythm of water, or the grounding rattle of seeds. Also with a subtle glimpse of Thai tradition, honoring a quiet heritage of mindfulness and inviting you to listen deeply.

จบกันไปแล้วกับงาน Inner Bloom hosted by ร่วมกับ .teabar &

ช่วงเวลาแห่งวันที่ 31 พฤศภาคม ที่เราต่างมารวมตัวกัน คนแปลกหน้าหลายๆคนมาเจอกันและได้ใช้เวลาร่วมกันจนกลายเป็นส่วนนึงของกันและกัน ที่ได้แลกเปลี่ยน พูดคุย และซัพพอร์ตกัน

บรรยากาศทุกๆอย่างดูลงตัว สายฝนที่โปรยลงมาช่วงเวลากิจกรรมเหมือนธาตุน้ำที่ชำระล้างสิ่งต่างๆออกไป ดอกไม้ที่ผลิบานเป็นเพื่อนเรา การตัดผมที่เปรียบเสมือนการตัดวงจร pattern เก่าเราออก และวงน้ำชาที่ทำให้เราผสานจิตวิญญาณเรามายังปัจจุปัน และทำความเข้าใจและรู้จักตัวตนของเรามากขึ้น

Inner Bloom, hosted by in collaboration with .teabar and , has come to a beautiful close.

On May 31st, we gathered together—strangers from different walks of life—sharing a space that allowed us to connect, exchange stories, support one another, and become part of each other’s journey, even if only for a moment.

Everything felt perfectly aligned. The gentle rain that fell during our gathering became a symbol of the water element, washing away what no longer served us. The blooming flowers stood beside us as companions. The act of cutting hair became a ritual of releasing old patterns and cycles. And the tea circle invited us back into the present moment, helping us reconnect with our spirit, deepen our self-awareness, and better understand who we truly are.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a meaningful experience. 💚

ทาง .Baa tea bar & sanctuary ได้มีโอกาสเข้าร่วมเป็นหนึ่งใน Partner จัดงานพิธีกรรมชงชา

ขอบคุณผู้ร่วมทีมทุกท่าน มีน Nixsa Saenjaibal พี่แบ้งค์ Chainad Bavorntreerapak , พี่แคท Sol Star Wellness และ พี่เจแปน Janittha Harncharoenjit มากๆนะคะ ที่มาร่วมเสกงานนี้ให้เกิดขึ้น
