FINELY GROUND SIAM JASMINE TEA POWDER 🌱 (English version is below.)
Natural Jasmine Flower Oil & Organic Jin Xuan Oolong
จากชา SIAM JASMINE เบลนด์ชาคลาสสิคที่ขายดีตลอดกาล
ชาสายพันธุ์จินเซียนที่ปลูกแบบอินทรีย์บนความสูงมากกว่า 1,000 เมตรเหนือระดับน้ำทะเล เป็นสายพันธุ์ที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวคือกลิ่นหอมละมุนคล้าย "นม" หรือ "เนย" จากธรรมชาติ
ผ่านกระบวนการกึ่งหมัก (Semi oxidized) ด้วยการผึ่งจนหอมได้ที่ เขย่าเบาๆ แล้วปล่อยให้ชาสัมผัสกับอากาศจนได้กลิ่นหอมผลไม้และดอกไม้แล้วหยุดดัวยการผัดชาด้วยความร้อนสูงจนส่งกลิ่นคล้ายถั่วอบเบาๆ (ชาจึงมีสีเขียวปนเหลืองอ่อนไม่ใช่ชาเขียว) เพื่อหยุดกระบวนการและเพื่อควบคุมให้กลิ่นรสของชาอยู่ในโทนที่เข้ากันกับน้ำมันสกัดธรรมชาติจากดอกมะลิแท้ๆ
เมื่อนำมาบ่มรวมกันกับน้ำมันมะลิในอุณหภูมิและระยะเวลาที่พอดีแล้วจึงนำมาอบอีกรอบจนส่งกลิ่นหอมสดชื่นจากดอกมะลิ ปนกลิ่นนมเนย รวมทั้งมีกลิ่นผลไม้จางๆ แทรกอยู่
เราจึงนำเขา (ชา) ไปบดละเอียดอีกครั้งจนได้ผงละเอียดเช่นเดียวกันกับมัตจะ (Matcha)

Crafted from our classic and ever-popular Siam Jasmine blend, this tea features organically grown Jin Xuan oolong cultivated at elevations exceeding 1,000 metres above sea level. This distinguished varietal is renowned for its naturally smooth, creamy aroma, reminiscent of milk or butter.

The leaves undergo a semi-oxidised process, gently withered and lightly shaken to encourage the development of delicate floral and fruity notes. The process is then halted through high-heat pan firing, resulting in a soft green-yellow hue and a subtle roasted, nutty fragrance perfectly balanced to complement the infusion of natural jasmine flower oil.

Carefully matured with genuine jasmine oil under controlled conditions, and finished with a final roasting, the tea reveals a refined aroma of fresh jasmine blossoms, layered with creamy undertones and a hint of fruitiness.

Finely ground to a texture similar to matcha, this tea is especially suited for milk-based beverages, offering a truly indulgent and aromatic experience.

The 2026 harvest season has arrived 🌱🐝

This tea offers a unique honeyed floral aroma, created naturally when small leafhoppers (Jacobiasca formosana) feed on young tea shoots. This process stimulates the tea leaves to develop their distinctive fragrance.

Our tea garden is grown organically, allowing grasses to grow naturally without the use of chemical herbicides.

This tea is only available for a short period each year and now, the 2026 harvest has arrived in very limited quantities.

The leaves are carefully withered in the cool mountain air, alternating with gentle sunlight to help release their hidden natural aromas.
They are then slowly and gently shaken, with patience and care…

During this time, the once firm and rigid young leaves transform into something surprisingly soft and supple.

Afterward, the leaves are allowed to rest.
In time, they fully express their character and energy. At the perfect moment, we preserve them through pan-firing, rolling, and drying.

The tea is then allowed to breathe and develop its aroma and flavor until reaching its peak.

ยอดชาอ่อนออกแล้วในพื้นที่ความสูง 1,350 เมตรเหนือระดับน้ำทะเล ของป่าชุมชนที่มีความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ
เมฆหมอกยังคงล่องลอยอยู่ตั้งแต่เช้าจนสาย น้ำที่ซึมซับออกมาจนกลายเป็นลำธารใสยังคงอยู่ ดอกไม้และผลไม้ป่า รวมทั้งบ๊วยที่ชาวบ้านปลูกแบบให้โตตามธรรมชาติ ก็ใกล้ที่จะได้เก็บเกี่ยวในไม่ช้า
เป็นสัญญาณที่ดีและอีกไม่นานเราจะได้ดื่มชาใหม่ของปีนี้กันแล้วครับ 😀🙏

First Flush 2026 has arrived.

The tender young tea shoots have emerged at an elevation of 1,350 metres above sea level, within a community forest rich in biodiversity.

Mist and clouds still drift through the hills from early morning into the late hours of the day. Water that slowly seeps from the earth gathers into clear, flowing streams. Wild flowers and forest fruits are flourishing, and the naturally grown plums cultivated by local villagers and left to grow freely will soon be ready for harvest.

All of these are good signs. Before long, we will be able to enjoy this year’s new tea. 😀🙏
