�กับ กาแฟ 3 ตัวใหม่ที่เป็น ตัวทดลองของ ไร่กาแฟครอบครัวมะ เราอยากเพิ่มความหวือหวาให้กับกาแฟของพวกเรา ที่ครอบครัวมะ เลยทำการทดลอง เอาวัตถุดิบที่คนอาจจะไม่เหนคุณค่าสักเท่าไร เช่น เปลือกส้ม, เปลือกกาแฟ นำมาหมักกลับลงไปในตัวเชอรี่กาแฟเพื่อเพิ่ม สารหารหารให้กับกาแฟแต่ละตัวที่ทำ
รสชาติสำหรับพวกเราคิดว่า ดื่มง่าย อร่อยแต่เหนือกว่าความอร่อย คือ เราได้ลดปริมาณขยะเหลือทิ้ง ถึงไม่ได้เยอะที่จะสามารถเปลี่ยนโลกได้ แต่ เราอาจจะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นให้เพื่อนๆ คนอื่นได้ลองทำตาม ลองทำสิ่งใหม่ๆ ด้วย

In this rainy season, enjoy a drip coffee from Bean Sprouts paired with 3 new experimental coffee varieties from the Ma Family Coffee Farm. We wanted to add a unique twist to our coffee, so we experimented with using ingredients often overlooked, like orange peels and coffee husks, fermenting them back into the coffee cherries to enhance the flavor profile of each batch.
We believe the taste is easy to drink.More importantly, we’ve reduced waste by utilizing materials that would otherwise be discarded.It may not change the whole world but we think we hope to inspire others farmer or other people to try new better things and make a difference with global awareness.
Now In-store!, each serving for drip is priced at 80 THB, and we also offer a Box Set with 100 grams for 260 THB. Don’t miss our stuff!
