We're open from 08:30, Tuesday to Saturday, and mornings here are our favourite time. Organic eggs, bread and pastries made in-house, and coffee from our own farm on the hillside north of Chiang Mai ☕🌿

Every roast starts long before the oven. Our beef and pork come from artisan butchers we’ve worked with for years, our chicken and duck are organic and ethically raised, and the vegetables come from local growers — organic where possible, always free from pesticides.

That’s the whole reason a roast tastes like a roast should 🌿
