To our chefs, pizzaiolo, kitchen staff, waiters, bartenders, dishwashers, managers, and everyone working behind the scenes every day with passion and dedication: thank you. Without your hard work, consistency, and love for authentic Italian hospitality, this would never have been possible.

A special thank you also to Gambero Rosso for this recognition and for appreciating our commitment to bringing a true Italian food and wine experience to Chiang Mai and Thailand.
