Unique catering service in Bangkok and around. First one to provide authentic Raclette cheese meal for private or corporate event, designed as a French Parisien Bistro. Melted Raclette cheese is scraped on sautéed potatoes, joined with charcuterie, homemade pickles, salad and french baguette. Bon appétit !!

เมื่อคืนสำหรับออกร้านของเรา เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมากๆ ลูกค้าให้ความสนใจเข้ามาลอง หลายคนอยากทานเมนูนี้มานาน ลูกค้าชาวสวิส-ฝรั่งเศสรู้สึกคิดถึงอาหารจานโปรด ไม่ใช่แค่เสิร์ฟ แต่การได้พูดคุยเรื่องสัพเพเหระระหว่างรอชีสใต้เตาย่างร้อนได้ที่ คือสิ่งที่เราต้องการ แล้วบทสนทนาดีดีก็เกิดขึ้นตลอดคืน

We prepare our own pickles, sweet and sour. The recipe is very simple, you will need : white vinegar, sugar, coriander, mustard and pepper seeds, a drop of water, concluding with turmeric powder makes the difference. When the prep starts to boil, cut it and pour into your jar over the vegetables. Don't forget before all to let those vegetables in the fridge for about 2 hours, with salt in order to drain out water. It brings all the crispy taste to the pickles. Bon appétit !

Raclette Bistro BKK will attend the upcoming Event of SongKran Water Fun Fair at Nichada Club, Nichada Thani, Nonthaburi, on Sat 22nd April from 4-9 pm.
Everyone is welcome to join this super fun fair and taste our raclette cheese.
There is no reason to miss our first public event. :)
