And the place is none other than Maríe.

This is truly something special.
A dream we’ve held onto for so long is finally becoming reality.

We will be introducing two exclusive Aramasa selections, both created with original labels exclusively for Maríe.
These are incredibly rare bottles that can only be experienced here.

During the special unveiling week from June 1–6,

Introducing Maríe’s new dish🍽️
Marian plum, prosciutto, and wild chicory (selvatica) dressed in a delicate white tofu sauce.

The shira-ae is gently flavored with white miso and a touch of cheese for added depth.
Marian plum is a seasonal Thai fruit, often described as the perfect balance between mango and Japanese loquat — sweet with a refreshing hint of acidity.

This dish pairs beautifully with “Emishiki” sake from Shiga Prefecture.
