This week’s Chef’s Special Lunch brings fresh, comforting flavors to the table.
Start with Insalata di Granchio e Avocado, a light avocado and crab salad with tomato, asparagus, and basil mayo. Continue with Filetto di Branzino, featuring Khaopong sea bass fillet with grilled broccolini, roasted almond, and romesco sauce. Finish with Cioccolato Fondente e Lamponi, a rich dark chocolate and raspberry dessert with cocoa nibs financier, raspberry ganache, and raspberry sorbet.
