After dinner service this coming Saturday October 5, 2013 Kongju Korean restaurant will undergo a process of transformation, like a butterfly, to reveal a traditional Korean ambiance reflective of a stately home.

The new look Kongju will be revealed 14 days later.

Celebrants of this year’s annual Thai Vegetarian Festival can purify body and mind at Kongju Korean and Charcoal Barbecue Restaurant on the 2nd Floor of Pathumwan Princess Hotel Bangkok. Throughout October Korean cuisine specialist Hanna Kim presents a selection of authentic Korean vegetarian dishes that highlight fresh and fermented vegetables. Selections include ‘Kye Ja Che’ Spiced Mustard Vegetable Salad, ‘Nok Du Jeon’ Pan-fried Green Bean and Kimchi Pancake and ‘Ja Jang Myeon’ Noodles with Onion, Potato, Pork and Mashed Brown Bean.
