For the Mengdingshan teas on our menu, we have chosen Laochuancha (老川茶), a local Sichuan tea variety treasured for its complexity, floral character, and sense of wildness.

This year, we had the opportunity to visit the Wang family and walk through their tea gardens deep within the forests of Mengdingshan.

Growing alongside ferns, bamboo and native vegetation, these tea bushes are left untouched by any kind of fertilizers or pesticides.

Nurtured by their natural environment, they absorb the essence of Mengdingshan and express a terroir that is pure, vibrant, and unaltered.

Since opening our tea bar, Longjing has always been one of the teas most loved by our guests, and each spring, it continues to leave a lasting impression.

In this session, we explored what Shifeng Longjing truly means in both history and place, while tasting teas from different micro terroirs across the mountain, from Baihefeng and Ma’ershan to Datoushan.

Each tea revealed a different side of Shifeng, offering a deeper perspective beyond what people know.

Hi, tea folks!

Today, we are proud to announce a meaningful collaboration featuring teapots crafted from Thai clay, in partnership with Chaozhou teapot artist

His works are appreciated not only in Chaozhou and across China, but also among collectors and tea enthusiasts in Europe.

Last year, we began a new chapter through a shared exploration of the potential of Thai clay. Eventually, we are delighted to present the results of this journey, a collection of works created together with our friend ✨

🌟 Pathumthani clay
Fired into a warm orange tone, with natural mineral speckles that give each piece its own unique character.

In brewing, it enhances the texture of the tea, creating a rounder and smoother mouthfeel while preserving the original flavor. It is especially suited for oolong and red teas.

🌟 Hatyai clay
Fired into a soft cream tone, often accompanied by natural patterns formed during the wheel-throwing process.
